Cheap car insurance
Lebron James : What are speed traps? Is teen auto insurance rating based on speeding?
Teen auto insurance and speeding
Response : A speed trap is a section of highway or road along which traffic laws are heavily enforced. Most of the times speed traps are located in areas where motorists tend to speed, for example because the area is a straightaway or has a downhill incline. In some cases, law enforcement may decide to set up a speed trap in an area where there have been numerous traffic accidents. A police officer will park next to the speed trap and radar traffic to apprehend speeders.
Speed traps are typically set up in areas that include downhill inclines, areas where the speed limit changes, or locations such as schools and playgrounds. As locals frequent those areas and become familiar with their locations, in certain instances the offender will be a driver who is not from that area, or out of town.
Now the teen drivers who are new to driving basically like to speed and so would not be paying much attention to the speed limits or the speed traps or the police who is watching the action and hence would be caught.
Basically the teen auto insurance rate is higher and when you have speeding tickets your teen auto insurance rate would shoot up. What is more suprising and disturbing is the fact that now a days the teenage girls are also prone to speeding. This speeding is a thrill for the time being and can prove to be a dreaded mistake which will haunt you in terms of a bad driving record and high teen auto insurance quotes. Do you want to commit this mistake and be earmarked as high risk drivers?
Stop speeding and get your cheap car insurance rate now and always from here.
Thanks.

Teen auto insurance
Brad Fallon : I am really suprised over the fact that Teen drivers in New Jersey are supposed to display identying decals on their vehicle license plates. What if the parents are driving the vehicle? Is being held for not having a sticker going to increase the teen auto insurance qoute?
Teen auto insurance or car insurance
Response ; Let us first talk about the implication of this law from the point of auto insurance or car insurance for young drivers or teenagers, the fact that the sticker is not there would not be an issue or reason for increasing auto insurance rates or asking for higher premiums. The fact is that teenagers are classified as high risk is the reason for the higher premiums. The solution for this is compare, compare and compare auto insurance quote to get cheap auto insurance.
Yes, this is a recent judgement where in the Judge upheld a new law that requires drivers younger than 21 to display identifying decals on their vehicle license plates, as on 10th March 2010.
This law of having a sticker to identify a teen driver or young driver was passed on the 1st May, was challenged byGregg Trautmann, a Rockaway lawyer. As per the arguments put up it was stated that this would encourage the police and other persons to pick up on the teens.
The judge stated that the “operating a motor vehicle is not a right, it’s a privilege subject to state regulations.”
This law is named as “Kyleigh’s Law,” in April 2009. It’s named for Kyleigh D’Alessio of Long Valley, a 16-year-old honor student killed in a December 2006 crash
There is a lot of disatisfaction, naturally from the teens and even parents, who feel that this should than apply for all high risk drivers, over 65+, drunk driving drivers, agressive drivers and any person who has a bad driving record.
Thanks.
